The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the client)
agrees to contract the services of: Bennett Video Specialists 11609 W. Vliet
Street Wauwatosa, WI. 53226-3247 or their designee (hereinafter referred to as
the videographer) according to the terms:
The client contracts for the services of the videographer for the date
and time specified. The client agrees to pay a good faith non-refundable
deposit as specified below. The client agrees to purchase a minimum amount of
services and/ or videos as specified. The videographer agrees to furnish a
completed video as specified within 30 days (or less) of the event date and to
make available to the client extra sub-master duplications for purchase.
Client agrees that the videographer does any sub-master duplications of these
videos, unless client agrees to purchase exclusive rights. The videographer
agrees to keep all original tapes from this assignment for a period of one
year following the wedding date. In the rare, unforeseeable event that these
materials are destroyed or damaged in this period, the videographer agrees to
re-video, within reason and in the same geographic location, any simulated
situation the client may arrange. In the event of a postponement or
cancellation of this wedding/contract, the deposits are non-refundable and all

Description
of
shoot_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
After completion of the shoot and delivery of the VHS or DVD format video as
specified, the original becomes the property of Bennett Video Specialists.
If any other format is required it must be specified in the ‘Description
of shoot’ area above. The video production has been quoted in the VHS
format. The client’s permission in writing is not required before the Videographer may use these materials for demonstration or publication
purposes, except as specified below: ‘If client decides to purchase
Exclusive Rights’.

(If purchased by Client ) Videographer
may not use tape for any demonstration, exhibition, contest or portfolio
without written permission of the client. Client or their assignee may not duplicate the images set on this tape for any purpose, unless exclusive rights are purchased. Client agrees that the tape is for home use only and that, as producer of the event, is responsible for securing clearances for any possible violation of rights. In the event the videographer fails to provide the tape/s and/or services described in this contract due to equipment failure or unforeseen event, the videographer is liable to the Client for only the amount paid by the Client for deposit with no consideration for additional fees or expenses.
Client further agrees, if videographer is to record the reception
that they will provide a diner of the same quality and in the same location
as any attending guest.
