PROPOSAL FOR ABC Restaurant 12345 Capitol Rd Your Town, WI 53226
The following estimate is based on information obtained in our Concept Conference of September 1, 2001 at your offices. Since it was a preliminary session. Our proposed approach is, of course, flexible and can be quickly adjusted to meet your requirements. The price included is an estimate based on the state specifications and will be adjusted in accordance with variations to those specifications. PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS 1. SUBJECT: Benefits and job related requirements of employment with ABC Management Co. 2. TARGET POPULATION: Future employees and trainees. 3. OBJECTIVES: To educate and motivate future employees leading to increased sales and service of the product. 4. MEDIA: The primary media will be a 1/2" VHS videotape with estimated screen running time of 15-20 minutes. 5. PRODUCTION SITES: Two days to set-up and tape has been allowed for interviews and establishing shots. On site at two locations within the Milwaukee County limits. 6. BVS will provide script consultation and one rewrite of script.
7. REQUIREMENTS OF ABC Restaurant Co:

A second meeting to define the ten to fifteen job positions.

Access to the buildings during regular restaurant hours.
*
A review of possible in house talent for production and selection of four persons.
*
Access to any historical or promotional footage
anticipated for production.
PRODUCTION FORMATS VIDEO PRODUCTION ELEMENTS
* The videography will be completed by a two man crew utilizing
the latest in SONY LOW LIGHT CAMERAS, thereby ensuring optimum picture quality.
* The narrator will not appear on camera. No other narration talent is anticipated. Any voice over scenes in the program will be taped during the on camera recording session.
* Creation of any special graphic elements other than
conventional titles is not anticipated, however, these can be
quoted as an additional investment if desired at a later date.
MASS DUPLICATION
One VHS/DVD distribution copy of the completed production is included in
estimate. Once quantities have been determined , we would appreciate
the opportunity
of providing pricing for mass duplication of your completed video tape in the NTSC (US) format as well as the PAL and
SECAM international formats, as desired.
DISTRIBUTION
If you wish, BVS also has the capabilities of generating labels, personalized cover letters, and drop shipment (in house UPS) to the locations specified by you. All you need to do is supply us with a floppy disk of your distribution list copied from your database and we will do the rest.
