CONCEPT ABC Restaurant Co. will provide some of the initial script. A BVS scriptwriter will proof and make suggestions as to phrasing, structure, and wording and provide one rewrite of the script for approval. Once the script is approved, a mutually convenient taping day will be scheduled for the shoot. The talent will need to be available on taping dates agreed to in the second concept meeting. Realizing the need for as little disturbance to daily schedule as possible BVS will use compact portable lighting and support equipment. The ABC Restaurant Co. representatives will have several rehearsal opportunities to aid in accurate communication of the script information. The production will then be scheduled for editing.
PROGRAM INVESTMENT Based on conference information, as well as the production parameters outlined in this proposal, we estimate an investment on the part of ABC Restaurant Co. to be eight thousand eight hundred dollars ($7,500) for the production of a VHS/DVD master tape/disk. All services outlined are covered in this estimate. However, upon final approval of the video script and storyboard, we will carefully review these materials against the estimated costs and provide you with options if a cost increase is necessary. All charges requested subsequent to script approval will be fully discussed with you before any additional costs are incurred. TERMS Billing for the video program would take place in two parts: The first upon acceptance of your purchase order, (a 30% deposit) the second, (payment in full), on delivery of the completed production. CONCLUSION We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to submit this estimate for your evaluation. If there are any questions, or you desire clarification, please do not hesitate to call on us at your earliest convenience. This estimate may require adjustment by BVS if not enacted within 45 days from the date of the cover letter. Thank You.
